Dear Mr. Handsome,
These assigned seats are to my disadvantage. 1) I can’t change locations so that I can work my way towards your seat and 2) I remain distracted in my current location due to your current location…you are between my chair and the professor’s PowerPoint. OK, OK, so I don’t really mind a good-looking distraction. If fact, I look forward to it. I especially look forward to when someone asks a question from my side of the room so that you turn around.
I could tell you were trying to talk to me today. I noticed when you wandered by my seat several times, even though it is out of your way. And I certainly noticed when you were hanging around the group of people I sat with during lunch. You’re going to have to step up your game though. I mean, another classmate brought me a gift today and he said he picked it out because it matched my laptop. He also helped me one-on-one when I had questions about class work. Granted, he does sit directly in front me, so his current assigned seat is somewhat to his advantage.
I hope I broke the ice when I chatted with you briefly during a break. I’ll take my time packing up my things when class is over today. Stop by.
Until then,
Me

I hope when he passed your desk you gave him a big smile. That gets them everytime. Hey, it's worth a try! Also, I love your new flash drive with it's cute sparkly perkle color. Decisions decisions...

Try this: "Hey, Mr. Handsome. Did you know I write a blog? Sometimes I post interesting items about class? Oh, yeah, sure, it is werfunny.blogspot.com. Check it out!"
